USE COUNCIL:

Apply a dab of shampoo to wet scalp.
Massage for 1-2 minutes, using circular movements to stimulate microcirculation.
Rinse off with lukewarm water.

On towel-dried hair, apply the mask to the lengths.
If necessary, apply a small amount to the scalp (light, non-occlusive formula).
Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
